Lauren Geurink is a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate for the Neenah location of Reach Counseling Services. In her role, Lauren provides emotional support and educated care for those who are suffering through the process of a sexual assault. Lauren prioritizes a victim-centered approach and is willing to meet any survivor where they are at in their journey in hopes to guide them where they want to be as they heal.
Lauren strives to empower and support others to become the best versions of themselves. Her happiest moments are seeing people thrive and overcome obstacles in their lives. Most of her hobbies include caring for and watching things grow. Outside of work she enjoys walks in nature preserves, potting and caring for plants, tending to her aquariums, and spending time with friends and family.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She also attends several victim-centered trainings to continue to trailer her education to support survivors from all walks of life.
